They came and fix my leak in my laundry room until we can get the roof fixed there was no charge wish I would have called them sooner they were just great 😃
I wish I had the words good enough to tell anyone who needs help getting a tarp put on their roof to please call and use Caleb at Pro Specialty Services. Those who live in central Florida know how much rain we got in the past few days and I definitely needed someone to respond to me and help cover the many leaks that I found in my Florida Room. Caleb was that young man!! I called at 7:00am this morning, he answered, I explained my dire situation and he told me he would help me today. He said he would check his schedule and get back to me regarding a time. He called back about a hour and a half later and said he would be here this afternoon and he and another young man showed up at about 2:00pm and they covered my roof with a tarp. I am so appreciative I cannot tell you. He will be back next week with options and estimates. I am forever grateful to him and hope you call him with any of your roofing needs. You will not be disappointed I promise....
“kept his word to come the same day”
He was overwhelmed with so many calls due to recent storms, but kept his word to come the same day when I called for help in the afternoon when ceiling fell in. He arrived after hours to put tarp on damage during the rain until it could dry out and they can come back to make repairs. No leaking after their tarp placement! Will update review after repair, but considering their work ethic, showing up in adverse conditions, and stopping the leak, I’m sure the repair will be just as awesome!

“They paid great attention to detail”
Pro Specialty Services replaced the siding on both sides of our house. Caleb and his team did a spectacular job. We could not have asked for a more professional job. They paid great attention to detail and kept us informed every step of the way. We have a couple more jobs and will definitely be calling him. We highly recommend Caleb for all of your remodeling needs.
“The attention to detail really shows”
We couldn’t be happier with Pro Specialty Services! They took what was basically an unusable porch and completely transformed it into a beautiful, functional space that we now use for exercise, recreation, and watching nature. We had a serious water problem where rain would literally create a waterfall between the door from our house and the porch. Caleb figured it out, fixed the issue, and improved the pan roof so it actually does its job now! They went far beyond just fixing the water issue. They removed the old paneling, treated the mold, replaced rotten supports, and completely redid the exterior and interior walls. The old jalousie windows that were on every wall of the porch were replaced with beautiful, functional windows and solid wall sections. They also replaced the ceiling tiles and rusted ceiling rails, upgraded the old fluorescent lights to flat-panel LEDs, and replaced the exterior door with one that actually closes, locks, and has a proper threshold. He even worked to create a custom vent opening for our portable AC/dehumidifier, which allows us to keep the porch at a comfortable temperature and protect the things we have stored out there. They also repaired a deteriorating soffit on the front of the house and did a great job making all the new materials blend with the existing house. The attention to detail really shows. Caleb was fantastic throughout the entire process. He kept me involved with material selections, checked in regularly, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the finished product. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and fun to have around. They even came back and put our car tent back up after we had to move it for access to the backyard. They cleaned everything up when they were finished, too! We went from having a porch that was basically just a storage area exposed to Florida’s heat, humidity, and rain to having a comfortable, usable extension of our home. Pro Specialty Services didn’t just fix our porch, they completely transformed it. We absolutely love the finished space and would highly recommend them!

I had a small job to fix fascia board along the roof line in several places. Pro Specialty rep came out when he said and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was professional and courteous. He came out to do the job even though we were in a heat advisory status. He took the time and effort to do the job as I requested and answered all my questions. From my perspective, money well spent.

Caleb worked on the hottest day of the summer and did excellent, quick and friendly work.
“Caleb quoted the work and then delivered”
Caleb quoted the work and then delivered - all for a fair cost. Installing a 16' awning can be cumbersome and difficult. The work was to high quality standards and done to fit the install space. Caleb made the necessary adjustments to the electrical controls and then spent the time to ensure that we understood how to make future adjustments as needed. We would gladly hire him back for future efforts and heartily recommend.

“We were quoted one price and they stuck to it”
Caleb and his crew went above and beyond. Their service is meticulous. We were quoted one price and they stuck to it. There was a lot of wood damage on our shed and they repaired/replaced the wood and painted it. It doesn't even look like it was repaired. It looks new and fresh. Years ago we had a panel roof installed and Caleb said it was done incorrectly. They repaired flashing along the panel roof, removed vinyl siding, installed flashing correctly and sealed the roof. Great job!! A new door was installed in the garage, painted the porch banister and many more things. The list can go on and on. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Everyone on the team was friendly and co-operative. We highly recommend their services.
