I had them do a few projects that required skill and knowledge, and they were great. Got a large pavilion assembled and installed as well as a BBQ gazebo built in the backyard.

They took off and replaced the roof on the second bedroom with new insulation and roof. They also installed a new range hood over my stove. They were professional and came and did what hey said they would. They cleaned up after the jobs were done and took away the debris. I am very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

I had a small job to fix fascia board along the roof line in several places. Pro Specialty rep came out when he said and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was professional and courteous. He came out to do the job even though we were in a heat advisory status. He took the time and effort to do the job as I requested and answered all my questions. From my perspective, money well spent.

Caleb quoted the work and then delivered - all for a fair cost. Installing a 16' awning can be cumbersome and difficult. The work was to high quality standards and done to fit the install space. Caleb made the necessary adjustments to the electrical controls and then spent the time to ensure that we understood how to make future adjustments as needed. We would gladly hire him back for future efforts and heartily recommend.

Caleb and his crew went above and beyond. Their service is meticulous. We were quoted one price and they stuck to it. There was a lot of wood damage on our shed and they repaired/replaced the wood and painted it. It doesn't even look like it was repaired. It looks new and fresh. Years ago we had a panel roof installed and Caleb said it was done incorrectly. They repaired flashing along the panel roof, removed vinyl siding, installed flashing correctly and sealed the roof. Great job!! A new door was installed in the garage, painted the porch banister and many more things. The list can go on and on. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Everyone on the team was friendly and co-operative. We highly recommend their services.

They (Caleb and Dan)were very efficient and did a wonderful job . They replaced entire sunroom , roof , floor ,windows , siding ,Sheetrock and electric for my neighbor, who is disabled so they even drove her to look at materials. Very pleased with my experience working with Pro Specialty Services. They showed up at the appointed time to provide a quote for the repairs needed to my roof and screen enclosure then again when the work was done. The work was done correctly (with pictures provided) and the guys were very respectful to me and my property all at a fair price.
