Does the member discount apply to insurance work?
No. The 10% member discount is on cash repairs only, not insurance-funded work.
Why would I pay for roof maintenance every year?
Small problems on a Florida roof (a cracked pipe boot, a lifted shingle, a clogged valley) turn into ceiling stains and rotten decking when nobody looks. A yearly photo report also gives you documentation to hand your insurer at renewal.
Which roofs does it cover?
Covers single-story shingle/metal roofs ≤6:12 pitch. If your roof does not fit, call us and we will tell you what we can do instead.
