ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Pro Specialty Services wants this website to be usable by everyone who needs a roofer, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, a magnifier, or a phone held close to their face. This page says where we actually are.

What we are working toward

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are not claiming we meet every criterion today — see the known gaps below. We would rather tell you what is true than publish a conformance badge.

What is in place

Measured across all 379 pages of this site:

• Every image carries alternative text, or is marked decorative so a screen reader skips it.
• Every form field has a visible label, not just placeholder text.
• Every link and button has a name a screen reader can announce.
• Pages are built as real HTML and readable without JavaScript.
• Headings run in order, so you can navigate by heading.
• Tap targets on phones are at least 44 pixels, including the call button.
• Pages do not shift around while they load.

Known gaps

We audit this site ourselves and these are the problems we currently know about:

• Colour contrast. Some small amber text on light backgrounds does not meet the contrast minimum, and some white text sits over photographs where the contrast varies with the image. We are working through these.
• Body text size. Most body copy is 17 pixels rather than the 18 pixels we set ourselves as a floor. Your browser's zoom and text-size settings work normally on every page.
• Two funnel pages — our review and referral pages — do not yet have a skip-to-content link.

Nothing on this site is the only route to us. Every service we sell can be arranged by phone at (352) 272-8854, and we will come to the property and write the estimate with you. You never have to use a form.
