7. Property Access and Preparation

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area. Items stored in attics, garages, or near work areas should be moved or protected. We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and property but cannot guarantee against all incidental damage.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are specified in your signed contract. Florida law provides a 3-day right to cancel for certain contracts signed at your home. Cancellation after materials have been ordered may result in restocking fees.

9. Insurance Claims

When we assist with insurance claims, we work directly with your insurance company on your behalf. However, we are not responsible for claim outcomes or insurance company decisions. The customer is ultimately responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.
