Common warranty voidances include: improper attic ventilation, unauthorized repairs by other contractors, power washing or walking on the roof, installing satellite dishes or solar panels improperly, and failure to perform basic maintenance. We'll explain all requirements when your project is complete.

Some manufacturer warranties require registration within a certain timeframe (usually 30-60 days) for full coverage. We handle this registration for you as part of our service and provide you with confirmation documentation.

Basic maintenance includes: keeping gutters clean, removing debris from the roof, trimming overhanging branches, and addressing minor issues promptly. We recommend an annual inspection to catch potential problems early.

We provide warranty documentation upon project completion. If you need additional copies, contact us with your name and address, and we'll send you copies of all applicable warranties.
